How the form works

The form builds your message in the browser and opens WhatsApp. Entries are not saved in a database by this website. The message reaches Levante when you send it in WhatsApp. WhatsApp has its own privacy policy. You may use telephone or email instead.

Data and purposes

Your enquiry may contain dates, guest count, boat, service, duration and notes. These support your quote and booking preparation. Avoid sensitive information and other people’s data. Steps toward a contract at your request may rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b); legal obligations for a booking are addressed separately.

Analytics and hosting

GA4 and GTM IDs are not configured in this version. When enabled, optional tracking starts after consent and does not receive notes, trip dates or personal form entries. Hosting may process technical data needed for delivery and security. Providers, transfers and exact retention periods must be completed for the final infrastructure.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing. Analytics consent can be withdrawn in Cookie settings. You may complain to Romania’s ANSPDCP supervisory authority. Contact us by email with your request.

Information to complete before public launch

The operator must validate this notice and complete enquiry retention, actual providers, transfers and the procedure for handling data requests. It does not confirm internal processes that have not been supplied.
